The Last Gasp for Democrat Party Proof Voters Regret Trump Presidency

UPDATE: The numbers: Though the promoted Democrat candidate in the Georgia Congressional special election received the most votes cast at 92, 390 votes which gave him 48.1%, again, short of the 50% plus one to avoid a runoff for the House seat, the other four democrat candidates combined only earned 1,521 more making a total of 93,911 votes cast for Democrats, adding an extra .9% to their party total, or 49%. With eleven Republicans appearing on the ballot, splitting their numbers widely among voters who vote Republican, the winning candidate earning the most among them, Karen Handel, receiving 37, 993 and 19.8%, the other ten candidates received 60,004 more votes making a total of 97,997 votes cast for Republicans, adding an extra 31.2% to their party total, or 51%. The two Independents on the ballot earned 176 votes together. These numbers and the history of the district show in the upcoming runoff, Handel will keep the seat Republican. Long pocketed liberals and democrats who care to send more millions to Ossoff, in hopes for an upset can do so, but they shouldn’t bet the house on it.

UPDATE:  Results from Tuesday’s Special Election congressional race in Georgia’s sixth district, have the left in the media narrating today Jon Ossoff’s failure to win the seat last night as a big success. Unable to achieve the necessary fifty percent plus one to avoid a runoff against the Republican challenger who garnered the highest percent out of eleven candidates competing on the ballot, he now will face another election day on June 20th with former Secretary of the State, Republican Karen Handel.

Republican candidate for U.S. House of Representatives Karen Handel (GA-6)

Only the left could skew the fact that Ossoff, despite an astounding cache of eight million dollars in his campaign treasure chest and a divided Republican ticket that gave voters eleven different choices on who to vote for in the Republican Party, somehow was victorious yesterday because he almost reached the needed fifty percent, coming in with 48%. If a candidate has eight million dollars, an out pour of support nationwide from Democrat and liberal advocates, celebrity endorsements and no direct competition in terms of a one-on-one race in a very Republican district and can’t bring in a win, that’s pretty bad. Quite a loss, actually. Handel campaigned with a mere seventy-five thousand.

JonOssoffimage9_1490897549229_9079441_ver1.0

Returning numbers show Ossoff failed to win the popular vote, as well.

Update: Networks Reporting Democrats Feeling Good About Tonight’s Georgia Special Election Results

With 95% of Ossoff’s contributions coming from out of state, results will determine if elections can be be bought regardless of voter registration percentages or candidate experience. Ossoff has raised over eight million dollars for his first foray into any elected official status with an eighth of that total alone belonging to the Daily Kos, a liberal advocacy site.

The big political story today is the special election race in the state of Georgia’s U.S. Congressional district six. With polls about to close, and voter fraud nothing new in this country, regardless of any denial by those who commit it or the mainstream media who continue the regular narration that this is not true, unless it benefits those they support, the country will see tonight why and how elections are won in politics.

This long held Republican seat has been held for decades since conservative and long-serving Republican Party veteran, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, won in 1978. The seat was vacated when President Donald J. Trump made the current now former Congressman Tom Price his Health and Human Services Secretary.

Democrat leadership and their followers who still wake in a state of disbelief that President Trump won in November 2016 in such a large way he carried multiple states that have traditionally voted blue or democrat, to the point their party candidates don’t even have to put much campaigning time on their calendars for those areas. They somehow still perceive American’s who voted for Trump realize now the mistake they’ve made and would rush back into the voting booth to vote for Hillary Clinton, and still fail to recognize why Mrs. Clinton was a terrible candidate.

The glimmer of hope for Democrats both nationwide and statewide, is the fact that Clinton only lost to Trump by a little over one percent in November in this district. Democrats like to believe this is because the long held Republican voters here actually thought Clinton would be a better choice than Trump. Conservatives in the Republican Party believe Trump was perhaps too moderate for voters and stayed home giving Clinton a seemingly false advantage in final results.

PricepoliticalmapUB4HvAQ

These statistics have given Democrats in power reason to flush the district with enormous amounts of money to support their candidate, Jon Ossoff, who has held no former political office and does not even technically live in the district.  In their vision, this would show America that the tide is turning their way.

Ossoff, a former congressional aide who now makes documentary films, needs fifty percent plus one to win this evening without a runoff. The customarily held turnout for Democrats will be their usual lemmings-to-the-cliff call to action, where they will all for one vote for the thirty year old Ossoff, who they have chosen over four other party contenders.

Republicans on the other hand, do their usual divide rather than unite act, which is really the only reason this seat is in contention at all. It’s unfortunate Georgia GOP State Chair, John Padgett, was unable to do a better job of uniting his party and multiple contenders behind one candidate to make a solid victory easy. Eleven GOP members are on the ballot none willing to step down for the arguably best candidate to win. This leaves a fractured vote from their caucus, however strong, to insure Ossoff wins less than fifty percent tonight.

This contest has led to President Trump using his Twitter account to make Get Out The Vote Tweets on the Republican side, to film actor (Samuel Jackson “Pulp Fiction”) making a radio ad to fellow democrats to not stay home on Election Day and help get rid of Trump.

Former Congressman Price won with a whopping 24% lead over his opposition last cycle.

Political analysts believe if somehow enough Republicans vote for one or two preferred candidates in their party, the runoff which would be held on June 20th, would most likely ensure this district stays red, or in Republican leadership, despite how many tens of thousands or more are pumped into the race before voting day

President Trump’s Exceptional First Speech to Congress

Written by Juliana Simone

Washington, D.C. – Holding the most important office arguably in the world, the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, gave his first address to a joint session of Congress on February 28th, 2017, after being sworn in on January 20th, 2017. The businessman who won traditionally “blue” states, or states that vote repeatedly for Democrat candidates such as Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin, through hard work and a campaign message that resonated with a multitude of Americans disillusioned after eight years of a White House led by the previous Democrat President, Barack Hussein Obama, to “Make America Great Again,” gave an impressive, focused and illuminating speech on Tuesday evening.

Confident and bold, the forty-day old President showed how well he is fitting into this significant role. Clear on policy, firm in his original agenda he pledged to the voters of America, strong where strength was necessary and sensitive where humanity was needed, he demonstrated the noble ability to perceive views in a nation which requires world leaders to command with brawn, brains and heart. Trump’s commanding presence assured his supporters and broke through to some of the partisan Democrat detractors who replayed their usual predictable stance during these televised events when in the minority of sitting down in their seats, not applauding and visibly not supporting a Republican President.

Vice President Mike Pence and House Speaker Paul Ryan, were a positive visual on camera as they sat behind Trump during his address. With so much work ahead, the Republican majorities in the United States House of Representatives, Senate and Executive Branch will have to roll up their sleeves and make many of the difficult decisions that were put on the shelf under Obama. The Trump administration will make America remarkable again, and there are millions who can’t wait to see this change begin here in the U.S and across the globe. Even his detractors may be surprised by what this extraordinary man will do.

Update: United States of America Presidential Election 2016: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Written by Juliana Simone

The Good:

trumppencecover-1468785971

Donald Trump. His speeches on policy, foreign and domestic, are factual and impressive, but, of course, the liberal media highlighted few clips from these addresses.

https://assets.donaldjtrump.com/Radical_Islam_Speech.pdf

Mike Pence. His running mate, the Governor of Indiana, has been a fine and articulate spokesman for Trump on the campaign trail, and clearly is a politician who serves Trump, his state and country well.

Trump supporters. Continued massive turnouts for any Trump rally or event throughout the nation, show the incredible devotion and enthusiasm to the candidate who wants to make America great again.

Trump’s children. All intelligent, polite, loyal, hard-working and professional, they continue to be an asset to Trump’s campaign and show how well-adjusted they are as young adults with Donald’s role as an attentive father. Additionally, Trump’s wife and ex-wives. Melania, Marla and Ivana all stand by Donald, support him, say good things about him and all agree what a good Dad he is to their children.

Conservative talk radio hosts. Each and every day they have divulged in great detail the crimes and misdemeanors Hillary Clinton is guilty of, where many legal experts agree she should be prosecuted and sentenced to time in jail.  They also observe her disinterest in America in terms of how our Forefathers fought to establish this country, as well as her genuine power-hungry zeal to establish the moniker of being the first female President, even though she could not be a worse choice for such a title. Clinton enthusiastically envisions what that role would bring her as long as it lasts, whether it’s more “celebrities” staying in the Lincoln bedroom, or more millions donated to the Clinton Foundation.

Conservative network television and radio hosts/columnists. Trump has gained the support of a number of influential political commentators: Rush Limbaugh, Michael Savage, Sean Hannity, Ann Coulter, Laura Ingraham, Larry Elder, Pat Buchanan, and David Limbaugh, albeit David noting his vote was for the lesser of two evils, to name but a few.

Ted Cruz. The Texas Senator has said he will vote for Trump despite differences during the primary contest that led to some negative exchanges. Cruz has stated publicly he will vote for the Republican nominee, noting how bad the alternative will be for the future of the Supreme Court among other vital issues he described in a list on his Facebook page.

https://www.facebook.com/tedcruzpage/posts/10154476728267464

Republican legislators and advocates voting for Trump. Dr. Ben Carson, Newt Gingrich, Former New York Mayor and AG Rudy Giuliani, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, Former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum(R-PA), Former Alaska Governor and VP candidate Sarah Palin, George P. Bush, and RNC Chairman Reince Priebus.

Jerry Falwell, Jr.  The son of the long-serving Christian pastor and conservative activist who was well known for his televised sermons, and founded Liberty University in Lynchberg, VA, before his death in 2007.  Falwell, Jr., now President of the University, recognizes the difference between Trump and Clinton and how it would affect millions of Christians in America and throughout the world. Public morality and people who want to follow their faith would clearly suffer under four years of Clinton, who has vowed to uphold the policies of President Barack Obama.

Chris Wallace. Though presumably one of the ninety-plus percent of journalists who contributed to the Clinton campaign, Wallace did the most respectable job in the final and third debate between the two candidates. Even with his pressing, Clinton failed to answer three essential questions but maintained her mechanical smile.

The Bad:

rnevertrumperimagesfox
Image: Insider.Foxnews.com

The Never-Trumpers. So-called Republicans who are on record for saying they will vote for establishment choice Hillary Clinton on Election Day, November 8th, rather than businessman Donald Trump, regardless of how much evidence points to why Hillary Clinton is perceivably the worst candidate nominated for America’s highest office. Though they continue in their opposition to their Party nominee, they agree Clinton would be bad for our nation if elected.

http://www.wnd.com/2016/09/hotter-than-hot-never-trumpers-skewered/

Here’s just some of them to record on this blog:

Former Secretary of State Colin Powell (R).  He voted for Obama, despite his weak record as a one-term U.S. Senator, background of community organizing and an often expressed disdain for America, regardless of the life of privilege he has lived here. Leaked emails from Powell show what he really feels about Hillary: “I would rather not have to vote for her, although she is a friend I respect,” the former secretary of state wrote Democratic donor Jeffrey Leeds on July 26, 2014. “A 70-year person with a long track record, unbridled ambition, greedy, not transformational, with a husband still d–kng bimbos at home (according to the NYP),” reads the explosive e-mail obtained by the Web site DCLeaks. (Hillary is actually 69) “Everything HRC touches she kind of screws up with hubris. I told you about the gig I lost at a University because she so overcharged them they came under heat and couldn’t [pay] any fees for awhile. I should send her a bill,” Powell griped. “Wanted to get away with it.” “Her instincts can be terrible.”

Sore losers:

The Bush family. Though not all are on record for saying they’ll vote for the scandal riddled Mrs. Clinton, but some are, including Former President of the United States George H.W. Bush (R-41), his wife, former First Lady, Barbara Bush, and Former First Lady Laura Bush, daughter-in-law to George and Barbara, whom many held with great respect until she made this statement. Now her estimated character may be reconsidered. Former Florida Governor and 2016 candidate for the nomination for President 2016, Jeb Bush, has stated he will not vote for either Trump or Clinton. Jeb Bush, going into the first long-benched candidate debate in August of 2015, had raised a considerable treasure chest of donations in his bid. Apparently, money is not always enough to win the title one covets.

Ohio Governor John Kasich (R). With winning only his state of Ohio during the entire Republican primary, he somehow yet still perceived himself as the next President of the United States. He did not show professionalism in declining to attend the National Republican Convention in his own state this year, nor would he endorse nominee Trump. Kasich recently had another 30 seconds of fame by providing the liberal media with a sound bite media gladly used with his remarking he did not know if he could vote for Trump. He might be the biggest baby of all.

Former President of the United States Republican nominee and Massachusetts Governor, Mitt Romney, who actually spent and raised money to try and ensure that Trump both was not the nominee, and after failing this objective, could not win the election.

Romney’s former running mate, House Speaker Ryan, has also failed to support Trump from the beginning, briefly wavered, and now has run back to what he perceives as the safety of moderate Republicans, who think if they vote for Clinton, they can still keep their jobs and two-faced machinations of politics intact, with the establishment keeping Washington, D.C. the way it is now and has been for a very long time. Not for the voter, the taxpayer, the small businessman, veterans, women, seniors, college students, patriots, those born in debt today and those struggling with debt, true Republicans, Unaffiliated, moderate Democrats, and other ignored castoffs who are not in bed with this self-serving group on hand, but just for those in the government beltway.

{Editor:} Ryan has publicly stated he voted early and voted for Trump. If this is true, that is commendable and noted.

More-Conservative-Than-Though political commentators, writers, and editors. The Weekly Standard and EIC Bill Kristol, National Review, Glenn Beck, television host and political commentator, and Jonah Goldberg, syndicated political columnist and author, {former Congressman Chris Shays, the last standing Republican U.S. Representative to serve all of New England and who made a bid for the Connecticut U.S. Senate seat in 2014, and veteran columnist George Will,} to name but a few.

nevertrumpwndcartoon

Republican voters who had another candidate they wanted to become the nominee.  This group has never been able to get over their loss. Sour grapes rule the day for these people, and apparently it’s more important for them to have their day and revenge and see Trump lose, even if it means electing someone from the opposite party who plans to implement more bad and continued Obama policy, and seeing the Supreme Court filled with appointees that would disregard The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of the United States.

The polls: Daily updated by the liberal media with an agenda to dishearten the people not voting for the candidate they are shilling for, in this election year, Clinton. The skewed polls are largely swayed by demographics and oversampling of callers who will provide them with the answer they want to count, as to who the candidate they will be voting for on Election Day, to bolster their results and allow them to continue to falsely inform the public on who is really ahead. The polls considered to be the most reputable, and correct post-Election Day are Rasmussen and the L.A. Times.

The Ugly:

inmyvvuemsmimagethefreethoughtproject
Image: The Free Thought Society

The network and liberal media at large who threw away objective professional journalism decades ago. They have failed to cover any of the incredibly important news stories concerning Hillary Clinton that they would have broadcast day in day out if it were her Republican opponent. An embarrassing example of what used to be considered news, at best. Setting the bar low, they’ve had to dig into the lowest depths of extremely old hearsay to find anything negative to say about Trump, when they have mountains of solid evidence concerning Clinton’s serious illegal activities. The media’s desperate smear campaign against Donald’s alleged moves on women he claims to never even have met, pale against the more serious and credible negative situations President Bill Clinton carried out with women while Governor of Arkansas and in the White House.

{Editor:} Their blackout of any positive news on Donald Trump has been astounding, an amazing thing to bear witness to in this day and age. No mention of Trumps huge support which has never wavered right up until Election Day, can be shown in this photo which was only distributed through social media.

trumprallyflaerialview-1

U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) considered to be both a nominee for President and V.P. choice for Clinton, best known for saying she was a descendant of the Cherokee Indians until fact-checking showed this to be barely true by a stretch, if at all. Her checking the American Indian heritage box, however, helped her get hired as a minority at Harvard. She is the perfect spokesperson and colleague for Mrs. Clinton, who has quite a long history of lies herself. Warren, going lower than low in her stump speeches this election year, spends her time insulting opponent Trump. The other day, in referencing Trump’s calling Clinton ‘a nasty woman’ in the third debate, after Clinton made a derogatory remark about Trump, she shrilly addressed voters and declared that nasty women vote, in calling these women to action to vote for Hillary.

Clinton running mate Tim Kaine. After watching the Vice President debate, and hearing any of his soundbites as he stumps for Clinton, the man has shown he couldn’t be a worse second-in-line to the President of the United States. With Clinton’s health being a topic, this is a notable concern voters should consider.

{Editor:} President Barack Hussein Obama and his wife, Michelle Obama. Six days before the election, desperation is setting in among the liberal leadership. Today, Obama actually was reaching back into scare tactic pages of the Democrat Party play book, trying to frighten needy voters with the false narrative that if Trump is elected as President, on day one he will stop welfare checks, Medicare checks, and stop assistance for African American youth’s entry into college. Seriously? Playing the people as he did since 2008, if not earlier, like Hillary, he is simply lying. Stopping large Government programs like welfare, Medicare and Affirmative Action, are not decided by the President alone. It would be an enormous task to discontinue any of these entitlements, and they would never pass even if suggested by a sitting President. Despite this fact, Trump’s current policies as a candidate for our country’s highest office, as well as his record as a businessman who hires people from every background, make clear he wants to help people not hurt them. Michelle Obama, suddenly believes Hillary Clinton is the most divine person to ever run for office in our nation’s history, despite a litany of previous statements when Clinton was challenging Obama for the nomination in 2008.

A Hillary Clinton Presidency. For the first time in the history of the United States of America, someone could get elected to our country’s highest office as someone who should be serving in time for prison. Here is one list to review, from fine veteran and former Florida Congressman Allen West. http://www.allenbwest.com/matt-palumbo/need-know-fbis-report-hillary

A comment on West’s post includes this link: http://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?path=%2Fprelim%40title18%2Fpart1%2Fchapter101&edition=prelim

Even the New York Times is having to publish a smidgen of the multiple unethical or illegal activities Hillary Clinton has engaged in, however much they can polish it up.

http://www.nytimes.com/2016/10/26/us/politics/wikileaks-hillary-clinton-emails.html?_r=0

The latest WikiLeaks shows what Democrat National Committee Chair Donna Brazile and Clinton both knew about people that were hired to disrupt Trump rallies and instigate fights with Trump supporters to make Trump voters look unhinged.  Two 16-minute videos recently released by Project Veritas’ James O’Keefe after a yearlong undercover investigation can be seen here: http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/oct/18/undercover-video-shows-democrats-saying-they-hire-/ Trump who has had thousands of people show up at his rallies, compared to Clinton and running mate Kaine, who consistently produce much smaller crowds, needed to have some kind of negative attachment to this spectacular story of turnout and attendance. This is what the Democrat hire, now fired, was sent out to do.

We would also have to deal with potential complications her husband-in-name-only, William Jefferson Clinton (D-42) would bring, who was impeached as President of the United States, lost his law license as a result, and was not without scandal. His social behavior patterns potentially make him problematic if put in the White House again even as the spouse of Executive-In-Chief.

Hillary’s record as Secretary of State, is also a problem. There is considerable hard evidence that shows Clinton’s actions and failures while serving as SOTS, doomed the U.S. Ambassador to Libya, J. Christopher Stevens, to being brutally tortured and murdered, despite numerous appeals for help, at the hands of experienced Islamic soldiers, whom she claimed at the time were protestors who were enraged by an obscure video.

Her evident failures show her foreign policy would be a disaster, especially if her plan if elected is to continue as her predecessor, Barack Obama, she chooses to lead from behind, and continue to alienate the leaders of countries formerly on good terms with the United States. Rather than making amends with Russia’s President Putin, China or North Korea, perhaps Clinton could continue to give more millions to Iran to build nuclear weapons. The Iran Deal, struck by Obama, which involved bringing plane loads of cash secretly at night to Iran, could now easily be shared with terrorists like the Hamas by Islamic leaders. This deal, clearly a direct threat to Israel, is very likely unconstitutional, because it was a treaty and not a deal, that was never authorized by the United States Congress. http://www.nationalreview.com/article/438804/iran-ransom-payment-barack-obama-tried-be-sneaky

Obamacare, has gone further south in recent days, and the middle class are going to be punished with high rate increases to somehow work out now in their monthly budgets, whether they naively voted for Obama or not.

Clinton wants to bring into the United States a million Syrian Refugees. Even if one percent of these are ISIS soldiers, perceivably thousands of deaths could occur from assaults in schools to shopping malls, to airlines and skyscrapers.

http://www.usapoliticstoday.com/hillary-vows-allow-million-muslim-refugees-united-states-first-term/

The U.S. Military, gutted by Obama down to mere fractions of what it was under President Ronald Reagan, would continue to be weak under Clinton, who holds the same feelings as Obama about our armed forces and their role as international protectors throughout the world. Obama and Clinton also share the same general disdain for the police forces.

With this in mind, American citizens should be concerned about Second Amendment rights. The Democrat Party is obsessed with anti-gun legislation and regardless of what they say on camera when asked, they would be more than happy to see all guns taken away from countrymen who keep them to protect their homes against invasion, while they as elected officials, all have 24 hour security surrounding them and their families to ensure their safety. The hypocrisy never ends with Democrats.

As for the First Amendment, consider that gone, as well, if Clinton is elected. Conservative talk radio, newspapers, magazines, and blogs will all be stamped out like a mere spark in damp ground, whether through administrative decree or by the newly appointed Supreme Court justices who would now have a strong progressive majority. For those who direct films, produce television shows, record music, or write books whose message is deemed deplorable, this material will not be safe from Presidential intervention. For those whose message fits the liberal democrat agenda, this material will get the green light, and the privileged lifestyle of being driven around in limousines, flying around in private jets – using that horrible fossil fuel ostracized by the left – and living a life the majority of Americans and the rest of the world will never know.  The press releases and public appearances that preach on the surface concern for those not as fortunate, will really just provide a fake exterior to the true interiors that hold a true dismissal of the have-nots who won’t ever get an invitation to spend the night in the Lincoln bedroom under a Clinton administration.

These final two weeks before Election Day, still show Trump talking to his large crowds about the issues and Clinton avoiding any of the issues or addressing the many scandals that surround her. She instead continues to go low and just insult her opponent Donald Trump at every appearance. Trump, with endless amounts of energy, continues to easily make four different campaign stops a day. Clinton, needed to take a week off before the third and final debate to prepare. Maybe she just doesn’t have the energy or the good bill of health only her own personal doctor has declared. Or, maybe she thinks she already has it in the bag, and is already disinterested in mingling with the general public.

CPAC 2013: Donald Trump

Written by Juliana Simone

National Harbor, MD – The man known for more than a decade to native New Yorkers as “The Donald” took the stage this afternoon to address an enthusiastic crowd convened for the 2013 Conservative Political Action Conference celebrating its 40th anniversary on the shores of the Potomac River in Maryland. Self-made billionaire Donald Trump opened his monologue by telling the audience our country is in terrible trouble.

He cited we owed seventeen trillion dollars and have more than a trillion dollar deficit a year. “No country’s ever heard of numbers like this!” he observed. “Likewise, the Republican Party is in terrible trouble,” he continued. “As you get more and more conservative – they get nasty. They don’t like what we say.” Trump segued into the mainstream media and how the President is given unprecedented media protection.

To offer solutions on how we solve our country’s problems, Mr. Trump first pointed out how even the Tea Party, who he loves dearly, says to leave their Medicare and Social Security alone. “To keep these things affordable then the solution is to build a great economy.” “We don’t have one,” he noted. “China does.” “We have to make America great again,” he said in appeal to the room.

On the issue of immigration, Trump stated that when it comes to immigration, eleven million people will be voting Democrat. He believed a candidate can be out in front but (when it comes to Election Day) those eleven million will be voting Democrat. “Republicans are on a suicide mission,” he said. “You’re just not going to get those votes.” Donald Trump inquired further, “Why aren’t we letting Europeans in?” and told the attendees how he had many friends who want to move here and work here – that have been educated here – but we throw them out of the country after earning a degree at Harvard or Wharton and say you can’t move here – so they work somewhere else and work against us. “How stupid is that?” he asked.

The realtor and casino owner gave a nod to fellow Republican Newt Gingrich next saying he loved Newt because he was a member of his club down the road. Trump said he loved anyone who was a member of his club and jested maybe Obama should become a member. He talked about offering to build things at his own expense for Washington but never heard back from anyone.

“Conservative Republicans have to win elections,” he proclaimed. In his observations on the Republican Party, Trump said “Governors are saying it’s the stupid party.” He thought this was a horrible statement for a Governor to make because it was something that could come back to haunt you when the Democrat’s now will turn around and use it against you. Trump told fellow conservatives he believed a Party that spent four hundred million dollars on ads that made Obama look like a super hero was a failure, and that spending money like this with not one victory showed something was seriously wrong.

About himself, he revealed he’d made over eight billion dollars in his life and employed tens of thousands of people. When he filled out his financial forms (when considering running for President in 2012) people were surprised. He said he was continually criticized by “total light weights” – guys in dirty shirts who would say about him, “Donald Trump? He’s nothing.”

Donald went on to explain people liked success and though he liked Mitt Romney, he felt the one mistake he made was that he didn’t talk enough about his success and the great things he did. He reflected they were on the defensive instead of being on the offensive where they should have been.

In regards to Iraq, Trump said we spend 1.5 trillion dollars there and we lose great great young people – for what? He said at first he was told it was for the oil, so he thought, okay, I get that – but we didn’t take the oil. He reminded viewers we’re the second largest oil reserve after Saudi Arabia. He believes for soldiers that are killed we should give those parents a million dollars for the son they lost because a million dollars is nothing compared to the money over there.

He described how he just had to place a huge order for televisions from South Korea. Why? People asked him why he didn’t buy the televisions here. “We don’t make televisions here anymore,” he explained.

“We’re run by either very foolish or very stupid people. Our country is a total mess. What we need is leadership,” he opined. He projected if we build and grow our economy, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security all can be affordable again when we have a strong economy. North Dakota has a great supply of energy, but we can’t go get it, he mused, so we go to Saudi Arabia to get it! They can’t believe what they’re getting away with. “The Republicans, and the Democrats, say we gotta cut, we gotta cut, we gotta cut…it’s because we’re not cutting the mustard!”

In closing, Trump said, “We have to bring money in and take back our jobs from China. We have to start building again, manufacturing again and our problems will be solved. Let’s make this country strong again!” The Donald left the stage to strong applause.

Newt’s brilliance still shines at CPAC

NewtGingrichCPAC2012

February 10, 2012

Written by Juliana Simone

Washington, D.C. – After a loving introduction from his wife Callista, Newt came on stage and told the audience ‘we are a people based campaign’ and thanked his many volunteers. Never short on verbage, insight or historic detail, the former Speaker informed his listeners that CPAC was founded to challenge the Republican establishment.

Gingrich remembered that Ronald Reagan first came to speak to CPAC  (http://reagan2020.us/speeches/Let_Them_Go_Their_Way.asp) and it was ten years before his first great speech in 1985. The vision Reagan had for his country was considered “unrealistic” by the Republican establishment, Gingrich said. What was described as “Voodoo economics” entailed using more American energy, lower taxes and limited government. Under Reagan’s administration, sixteen million jobs were created, the Soviet Union came to an end, the “Contract with America” was later made in 1994, nine million new voters were registered, unemployment was at 4.2%, and there was a balanced budget.

“Changing the trajectory” is not for the Republican establishment, Gingrich pointed out. It takes too much work and change. Using a timeline in history, the former speaker used the Taft/Goldwater conflict as a reference for today’s comparible tea party/Republican establishment divide that is the same fight. 1980, 84 and 94 are all examples of Republican conservative wins by uniting…

He reflected how during World War II it took American’s only 44 months to beat the Nazi’s and Imperial Japan but in today’s government we’re told almost nothing can be done in more time than that. (he gave a couple of novel examples)

All of you have seen the Republican establishment jump on top of me, he told CPAC, and there’s a good reason for that – Because this campaign wants to change Washington, not accomodate it.

Newt, never short of shining example after shining example, used Federal Express and UPS to illustrate how illegal immigration can be solved: Twenty four million packages a day are shipped by these two companies. He asked for a show of hands on how many people here have looked up on their computers even once to track a package they had shipped or were waiting to receive. Every hand went up. Newt observed they track these packages and let you track them, too, for free, but the government today can’t find eleven million illegal immigrants? (laughter) Newt’s solution: Send each illegal immigrant a package and we’ll know where they are and pick them up. (applause)

The solution to get America going again, Gingrich continued, if I’m the nominee and I need your help, is to repeal Obamacare and Dodd/Frank. Two hours after the inaugural address, I will sign executive orders to:

Abolish all of the White House tsars (applause) {editor: friends of Obama}

Approve the Canadian pipeline to Houston (applause) and send a message to the Canadian Prime Minister that you don’t need to sign a contract with the Chinese because now America is open for business…

Move state department and embassy to Jerusalem

No federal money for abortions overseas

Repeal any/all Obama religious freedom (policies)

Gingrich told the crowd, by the time Obama lands in Chicago, 40% of his policies will be repealed. (cheers)

Moving on, the former Speaker laid out how to create jobs:

A paycheck President vs. a food stamp President (Gingrich noted when he worked with President Reagan sixteen million jobs were created; after Reagan, when he worked with President Clinton ten million jobs were created. This is not about fairness or revenue neutrality, it’s to become the number one country again…

Zero capital gains

One hundred percent expenses to modernize all equipment (whether it’s farmers, manufacturing, doctor’s, etc.)

Unemployment compensation changed to include training for a job – no ninety-nine weeks of pay for nothing. In ninety-nine weeks you can get an associates degree, he surmised to applause.

Eliminate the Enviromental Protection Agency (EPA) – it’s a job killing agency he told supporters. Replace it with an Environment Solutions Agency which uses common sense and economics; radicals occupy the EPA said Gingrich.

A 12 1/2% corporate tax rate. (Ireland’s tax rate) He says he kids colleague’s who disagree with this amount, with this rate, General Electric will actually pay taxes! Cheers.

Abolish the death tax.

Republican Presidential candidate Gingrich digressed to point out that challenger Mitt Romney recently released his tax returns and the liberals were shocked he was only paying 15%. The establishment will say this is not revenue neutral – that’s right, said Newt, it’s a tax cut! Cheers.

How do you balance the budget he asked?

Cut spending

Cut taxes

Reform government

Use American energy

Cutting Spending:

Replace 130 year old civil service system (saves 500 million)

Look at every single agency – Abolish the Department of Energy

Get rid of credit cards and save over a trillion dollars

Apply the tenth amendment (Gingrich thanks Gov. Perry for launching a project on this subject)

American energy (refers to No. Dakota, Alaska and offshore drilling as U.S. sources for fuel)

No future President ever bows to a Saudi King again! (Cheers)

Personal social security accounts

Audit the Federal Reserve (Cheers) – who got our money and why.

Ask Congress to end Bernanke’s term (Federal Reserve Chairman) (laughter)

Two things not about the economy:

This administration and the courts are raging a war on religion. Gingrich remembered our Founding Fathers came here to escape religious persecution and reminded CPAC that dictorial judges are rewriting the Constitution.

This administration lies about who our enemies are – they’ve crippled our intelligence and weakened our county. We need an administration that tells the truth about radical Islamists who seek to kill us.

Closing, the former House Speaker and Presidential candidate told fellow Republicans, this has to be an American campaign – paychecks vs. food stamps, recognize our enemies, Declaration of Independence/Constitution/Federalist Papers. “We don’t have the scale of money some do but we have a plan.” Newt Gingrich thanked some of his many supporters including, Gov. Rick Perry, Todd Palin, Oliver North and many others he said, you’ll have to go to Newt.org to see the list.

{Editor’s note: I wanted to post this second archived article of Newt’s speeches after hearing negative commentary today on the possibility of his becoming Trump’s VP pick. More discontent and disagreement about candidates this election when someone’s favorite isn’t picked it’s all gloom and doom. Gingrich has always impressed me when I’ve reported from live venues and when hearing his commentary on network television. He has tremendous knowledge he can provide Donald Trump as a tenured legislator and D.C. veteran whether it’s as Trump’s VP choice or as a cabinet member. – May 17, 2016)

June 16, 2011

New Orleans, LA

The second major speaker to address the conference attendees on Thursday, the first day of a three day session in June that showcased the Republican Party’s perspective Presidential candidates for 2012, as well as popular Governor’s and vocal U.S. Senators and Congressmen, Newt Gingrich, former House Speaker, author, historian and Presidential Candidate greeted the crowd as a Tulane alumnus and father of a daughter born in New Orleans. He asked how many people here thought America is on the right track, and how many of you believe America will fight very hard against getting America back on track? This is the key question about the 2012 campaign, Mr. Gingrich noted.

It’s very important to beat President Obama, but we also need to gain 12 U.S. Senate Seats and 30 to 40 seats in the U.S. House, he outlined, as well as strengthen our states with Republican Governors and state legislators if we are going to implement the 10th amendment and return power back home to the states. He added we need to make sure conservatives are in power there to enact Republican principles. We have been given the opportunity to give the American people a choice so clear ‘we could win a cataclysmic election which would end the 80 year rule of the left.”

Mr. Gingrich noted in all of his experiences this is clearly a center right country with a left wing governing mechanism, and with over 90% of American people believing students should be allowed to have a moment of silent prayer in school, a Texas Judge ruled students giving speeches at their graduations could not use the word prayer or voluntarily express the word God for their success, they will be arrested. “I thought that’s what free speech was all about” he went on. “My answer to that judge is the judicial reform act in 1802.”

He told the audience in 1802 Thomas Jefferson and James Madison passed this act which eliminated 18 out of 35 federal judges; they didn’t impeach them, they just told them their office doesn’t exist and they were not getting paid – to go home. “We don’t need judges who don’t understand America,” Newt pointed out. He said he would eliminate this Texas judge and in order to create a demonstration effect, “I would eliminate the 9th Circuit.”

For those in the media, Mr. Gingrich suggested they read the federalist papers by Hamilton, Madison and Jay, the most amazing campaign brochure ever written at 85 chapters and 600 pages which explained the constitution to people so they would vote for it. In this, the authors say the judicial branch is the weakest branch – not the strongest. Jefferson said the idea of the Supreme Court being supreme over the legislative and executive branches is an absurdity.

Laying out his first day in the oval office if elected in 2012, the former House Speaker said we will sign 50-200 executive orders effective as of that minute.

He told onlookers in a couple of weeks on his website newt.org they would be able to submit on-line what they think would be a good executive order and experts would review them; Former Bush and Reagan White House staffers would write them and then all would be put up on the website for the public to see. If Obama says he’s for that, then we’ll say, good, here you go, sign them.

Newt Gingrich stated what his first four Executive Orders would be to cheers and applause:

  • His first E.O. would be to eliminate all of the White House tsars as of this moment.
  • His second E.O. would be to reinstate Ronald Reagan’s Mexico City policy that no American pays for abortions overseas.
  • His third E.O. would reinstate President George W. Bush’s “Conscience Provision” which says no person, doctor, nurse, pharmacist or hospital can be forced to perform any medical procedure that is against their religious beliefs.
  • His fourth E.O. will say quite simply, that as of that date, the United States accepts and recognizes the capitol of countries as defined by their Government, and we will move the U.S. Embassy to that capitol as defined by that Government.

“And the only Country in the world that effects is Israel, because the U.S. State Department has consistently refused to move the American embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem – which I believe is an insult to a country that is a democracy and that is our ally!”

In a speech available on Newt.org where he spoke about 9 major changes in our policy in the Middle East, Newt said he says “there is no moral equivalence between a self-governing rule of law free society, and a terrorist organization that commits evil acts, and no American President should force Israeli’s to negotiate with people who are trying to kill them.”

Talking about jobs, housing and energy the Speaker moved on to address what he defines ‘the Obama depression.’ “I commend the Democrat National Chairwoman who said yesterday that they owned the economy. It was more honestly than we’ve gotten out of the Obama White House in 3 years.”

He asked how the President can to the country he’s not concerned about a second recession? How can he not be concerned when 14 million people are out of work? How can he not be concerned when 1 out of every 4 Americans is in a house that is currently worth less than their mortgage? How can he not be concerned with his anti-American energy polocies that have been driving up the price of gasoline and pouring money outside of the United States…?

Reflecting we’ve been here before, when (former President) Carter made a total mess out of the economy, (former President) Ronald Reagan carried more states in 1980 than Franklin Delano Roosevelt carried in 1932. “Reagan had a very simple phrase – when your brother-in-law’s unemployed it’s a recession, when your unemployed it’s called a depression.” Newt mused, “when Jimmy Carter’s unemployed it’s called a recovery.” Laughter from the crowd.

The Republican Presidential candidate spoke at length about how destructive the Obama energy policies are and why, siting for one example a two million dollar loan he gave a Brazil company to drill off shore that is financed by George Soros, and telling them he wants us to be there best customer. Mr. Gingrich said you don’t hire the President to go around the world as a purchasing agent, you want a President of the United States to go around the world being a salesman for American products.

Bringing up how the media criticized him recently for describing the President as “Obama is the most successful food stamp President in the American history” he affirmed, “Well, guess what? Obama is the most successful food stamp President in American President. I would like to be the most successful paycheck President in American History” he proclaimed to cheers. Gingrich continued saying the majority of parents from any neighborhood or ethnicity would say they would much rather see their children grow up and have a job and a paycheck then live on food stamps from Washington.

The former House Speaker talked at length about American exceptionalism and what it was, how it came from our Founding Father’s and the Declaration of Independence in its wording, and why it’s principles made America what it is and how we needed to embrace this again to succeed. He remembered President Obama was asked if he believed in American exceptionalism in Britain in his first year in office and the answer he gave, to Mr. Gingrich, showed he didn’t have a clue what it is. “Obama’s going to fail in both practice and in radicalism. The reason the practice fails is because the radicalism is hopeless. You would think by this stage that people would figure out that socialism doesn’t work, because as Margaret Thatcher once said, “the problem with socialism is you run out of other people’s money to spend.”

In defining the Founding Father’s words “we are endowed by our Creator, with certain unalienable rights along which are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” Newt said this was his core argument with Obama. “He is a natural secular European Socialist. He believes in big government, he believes in centralized power, he believes he is a politician that knows more than we do and he should help us redesign our lives by letting him and his bureaucrats live them for us. This is the opposite of freedom.”

In closing remarks, Newt Gingrich detailed how the new team in 2012 would have to start with tax policies. “Job killing policies kill jobs.” Then they would have to move on to deregulation including the Dodd-Frank bill and repeal anti-small business bills. He said the Enviromental Protection Agency needed to be replaced with a new Environmental Solution Agency. The Food and Drug Administration would have to be modernized to get new science to patients as fast as possible not as slow as possible.

Finally, the Federal Reserve should be audited so we can find out who got our money and the Federal Reserve should also be reformed to take away the power to give money to banks and return it to the U.S. Treasury where it can be inspected and looked at and made public. He went on that we should change the law to say to the Federal Reserve “it is your job to protect the value of the dollar, because inflation is a terrible tax on the middle class.”

“This campaign is going to be about three things: Economics (which includes about 50% healthcare), American exceptionalism (which includes about 50% healthcare) and National security.” “This is going to be a philosophical campaign. It’s not going to be full of attack ads. You don’t need to attack Obama. All you need to say is look at reality – it attacks you every day.”
